Mher is a real human being that you can rarely find anymore. Not only does he actually take pride in his job, he understands all the details from the ground up and is not a useless "program manager" that has no real understanding of the practicality of each given situation. He even answers my annoying questions when I know I have bothered him too much and I am being needy. He knows the nitty gritty details of the industry he works in and if he doesn't know something he will find out. Easy to work with and flexible. He was able to secure me a new rental apartment for me and my 3 kids as our new home.
